Description
If you and I work together, we’ll start by building a solid and safe therapeutic relationship as I learn about your story and what it’s like to be you. From there, we’ll develop targeted coping skills, challenge faulty thinking and begin reducing stress levels.
As we take back ground that anxiety and stress have stolen, we’ll be intentional about increasing mind and body awareness which strengthens your nervous system and enables you to navigate life more confidently and calmly. Combine this with distress tolerance skills, realistic self-expectations, and growing self-esteem, and you will be better able to navigate the demands of your life.
While a specific issue is often what brings people to therapy, the work we do has far reaching effects that support the challenges of day to day life.
Life is a lot to balance, but you’ll have more tools and more capacity for self-compassion and resilience as we work toward your goals in therapy.
If you find yourself needing support to change, heal, or overcome something in your life, I would love to work with you and help you move forward.

My God Story / Testimony
I am in constant awe of His grace, kindness, and provision. He has used my biggest failures as my biggest areas of ministry. Perhaps my favorite thing about my relationship with Christ is that I am never done growing - I am always in need of His support, guidance, and presence.
